Therefore, because of these obligations, we can only work with you if you meet the following criteria:

• You have a good credit score (No bankruptcy or credit issues)
• You have not been evicted from a property previously

If you do not meet the above criteria, you will likely require a co-signer to strengthen your offer.

In addition to this, Realtors typically list premium rental properties only – so you should look to have the following minimum budget:

1 Bedroom Apt/Condo – $1000 min.

2 Bedroom Apt/Condo – $1400 min.

Semi/Townhouse – $1500 min.

Detached House $2000 min.
